MyMynd terms

This is a pre-launch placeholder for MyMynd v2. Final service terms must be reviewed and approved before customers are invited to use the production service or live billing is enabled.

Service scope

MyMynd helps authorised users organise business knowledge and create AI-assisted ways to retrieve it. Outputs should be reviewed by a person where a decision is important.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have permission to upload content, protect account access and avoid using the service for unlawful, harmful or high-risk automated decisions.

Billing and cancellation

Approved prices, billing intervals, refunds and cancellation rules will be inserted here after the correct Stripe account and product catalogue are confirmed.
